In order to keep up with the industrial trend of automation, Forwell has produced the advanced accurate quick mold/die change system together with automatic mold/die change cart and current the company presents the full fledged mold management system to the market, promising a fully automatic factory.
The innovative mold/ die management system integrates mold/ die change, transmission, automatic storage, and maintenance systems. This system has been promoted in fairs in Taiwan, and will be installed at the Forwell factory in Huai’an, Jiangsu Province as a demonstration model in China.
President Hsiao of Forwell stated that, the development of this system is meant to assist users on their automatic manufacture program, managing all the molds/ dies by software and providing an efficient, safe, and convenient total solution in the mold transmission as well as storage. With this system, smart manufacture is about to happen.
President Hsiao expressed his expectation about the system as the global market is awakening, the demand for automatic is going to surge. Hsiao emphasized that, Forwell never loose its strength in both Taiwan and China markets.
On the other hand, the Forwell Ningbo factory has been expanded already recently. The company spend 350 million NTD on the factory expansion program, making the new factory a building covering about 43,000 square meters. After Ningbo and Huai’an factories, the company will build new factory in Taiwan. It is told that the corresponding building site has been acquired.
In the future, the group will found four departments: “Forming Dept”, “Pressing Dept”, “3C Dept”, and “Production Dept”. Together with the new factory in Huai’an, these four departments will become the basis of smart production as well as industrial robot development for the group.
Now, Forwell has its direct branches in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Kunshan, Ningbo, and Huai’an. The company branches will be further expanded to the Northeastern site of China, i.e. Wuhan, Tianjin, Shenyang, and Qingdao. Forwell website:
